Fee policy
BULK-BILLING policy in place since 1st of November 2025 for Medicare-eligible services until further notice. Private fees may apply for services that are not eligible for bulk-billing.
Full payment (private fees only) is required after your consultation with your GP via Cash or EFTPOS/credit card, if you have any questions in regard to your payment please speak to Reception staff. Non-attendance fees (no rebates) apply unless we receive sufficient notice from you advising that you are unable to attend your appointment. Outstanding fees may prevent you from securing further appointments until fees are settled. Private fees are subject to an annual increase. To understand why, please click here
